Résumé
L’objectif de cette étude est de produire de nouvelles preuves empiriques de l’influence des activités d’innovation sur l’exportation dans le cadre particulier des entreprises de l’industrie viticole au Canada. À partir d’une enquête réalisée auprès de 151 entreprises, la méthode de recherche combine deux niveaux d’analyse : tout d’abord, une analyse descriptive fondée sur différentes variables concernant les activités internes d’innovation, le degré d’ouverture de l’entreprise, les résultats d’innovation et l’exportation. Deuxièmement, les modèles de régression logit et ordinale sont estimés.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to provide new empirical evidence of the impact of innovation activities on export behaviors in firms in the Canadian wine industry. Based on a survey of 151 wineries, the research method combines two levels of analysis: first, a descriptive analysis testing different variables related to internal innovation activities, the degree of openness of the firm, innovation outcomes and export activities. Second, logit and ordinal regression models are estimated.

Resumen
El objeto de este estudio es proveer nuevas evidencias empíricas del impacto de las actividades de innovación en el comportamiento emprendedor de las empresas de la industria canadiense del vino. Basado en una encuesta con 151 bodegas, el método de investigación utilizado sigue dos niveles de análisis: por un lado, un análisis descriptivo que prueba diferentes variables relacionadas con las actividades de innovación interna, el grado de apertura de la empresa, los resultados de innovación y las actividades exportadoras. En segundo lugar, se estiman modelos de regresión y logit.
