Résumé
Cette revue systématique de la littérature montre que des similitudes et des divergences émergent entre les entrepreneurs, qu’ils soient en situation de handicap ou non. Premièrement, certaines raisons d’entreprendre, et facteurs inhérents à la création et au développement d’entreprise, sont communes à tout entrepreneur selon différents degrés d’intensité. Deuxièmement, le handicap et les besoins qu’il crée peuvent être effectivement des facteurs de motivation pour entreprendre, même si un certain soutien ou support est nécessaire aux différents stades du processus entrepreneurial afin de faciliter le passage à l’acte. Des recommandations et des pistes de recherche sont explorées en conclusion.

Abstract
This systematic literature review shows that similarities and divergences emerge between entrepreneurs, whether they are disabled or not. First, some reasons leading to entrepreneurship, as well as factors inherent to business creation and development, are common to all entrepreneurs to varying degrees of intensity. Secondly, disability and the needs it creates can indeed be motivating factors for entrepreneurship, even if some support is needed at different stages of the entrepreneurial process in order to facilitate the transition to action. Recommendations and avenues of research are explored in the conclusion.

Resumen
Esta revisión sistemática de la literatura muestra que surgen similitudes y divergencias entre los empresarios, sean o no discapacitados. En primer lugar, algunas de las razones que conducen al espíritu empresarial, así como los factores inherentes a la creación y el desarrollo de empresas, son comunes a todos los empresarios en distintos grados de intensidad. En segundo lugar, la discapacidad y las necesidades que genera pueden ser, de hecho, factores motivadores del espíritu empresarial, aunque se necesite cierto apoyo en las distintas fases del proceso empresarial para facilitar la transición a la acción. En la conclusión se exploran recomendaciones y vías de investigación.
