Women in Judaism: A Multidisciplinary e-Journal est une revue académique publiée exclusivement en ligne, et consacrée au débat scientifique sur les enjeux liés au genre dans le judaïsme. L'objectif ultime de la revue est de promouvoir la reconceptualisation de l'étude du judaïsme, en reconnaissant et en intégrant les rôles joués par les femmes, et en encourageant le développement de paradigmes de recherche alternatifs. La revue ne promeut pas une idéologie fixe, et accueille une variété d'approches, tant du point de vue méthodologique que disciplinaire.
