Dans cet article, les auteurs discutent du travail thérapeutique auprès des personnes qui ont un trouble de personnalité limite, une démarche qui présente des difficultés particulières dans la relation thérapeutique. Ils présentent le cas d’une patiente et décrivent une impasse thérapeutique engendrée par l’exacerbation d’un attachement insécure/désorganisé. Les auteurs discutent des stratégies de résolution élaborées en lien avec la théorie de l’attachement et la compréhension des enjeux transférentiels et contre-transférentiels.
Abstract
In this article, the authors discuss the obstacles in the therapeutic relationship with patients with Borderline Personality Disorder because of problematic transference. They present the case of a patient and describe a therapeutic impasse triggered by an exacerbated insecure/disorganized attachment. They discuss strategies to resolve the therapeutic deadlock elaborated according to the attachment theory formulation and the understanding of transference issues.

En este artículo los autores discuten el trabajo terapéutico con personas que sufren de un trastorno de la personalidad límite, misión que presenta dificultades particulares en la relación terapéutica. Presentan el caso de una paciente y describen un callejón terapéutico sin salida engendrado por la exacerbación de un apego insguro/desorganizado. Los autores discuten las estrategias de resolución elaboradas en relación con la teoría del apego y la comprensión de las problemáticas transferenciales y contratransferenciales.

Neste artigo, os autores discutem sobre o trabalho terapêutico junto a pessoas que sofrem de um transtorno de personalidade limite: uma abordagem que apresenta dificuldades singulares na relação terapêutica. Eles apresentam o caso de uma cliente e descrevem um impasse terapêutico gerado pela intensificação de um apego inseguro/desorganizado. Os autores discutem sobre estratégias de resolução elaboradas em relação à teoria do apego e à compreensão das preocupações transferenciais e contra-transferenciais.
