L'auteure a vécu avec d'importants problèmes psychologiques. Elle a expérimenté le traitement psychiatrique hospitalier et a participé à un Centre de jour. Dans cet article, elle relate son cheminement vers la santé. Elle partage ses impressions sur la psychiatrie et comment elle a commencé à revivre, suivant d'abord un gestalt et, plus important, le cri primal. L'article a la valeur de témoignage d'une personne qui a vécu la psychiatrie de l'intérieur.
SUMMARY
The author has lived with important psychological problems and has experienced hospital psychiatric treatment as well as day center participation. In this article she relates her adventure in moving towards health. She shares her impressions on the psychiatry which she experienced and tells of how she began to live again, following first a gestalt, and then most importantly, a primal therapy. This article has the value of a testimony from someone who has lived the psychiatric adventure from the inside.
