Résumé
Le présent article a pour objet de présenter une mise à jour de la littérature économique sur la gestion des risques dans le secteur du vin appliquée au risque climatique. En particulier, il identifie les principales caractéristiques des risques dans le cadre général de la gestion des risques et les limites de l’assurance comme outil de gestion des risques. Il présente une revue de la littérature actuelle sur la gestion du risque climatique et sur les risques de marché et de prix, ainsi que sur la perception du risque par les producteurs qui est un frein majeur au développement de la couverture de ces risques.

Abstract
The purpose of this short paper is to present an update of the economic literature on risk management in the wine sector applied to climate change. In particular, it identifies the main characteristics of risks in the general framework of risk management and the limits of insurance as a risk management tool. It presents a review of the current literature on climate risk management and on market and price risks, as well as on the perception of risk by producers which is a major obstacle to the development of coverage tools for these risks.

Resumen
El propósito de este documento es presentar una actualización de la literatura económica sobre gestión de riesgos en el sector vitivinícola aplicado al riesgo climático. En particular, identifica las principales características de los riesgos en el marco general de la gestión de riesgos y los límites del seguro como una herramienta de gestión de riesgos. Presenta una revisión de la literatura actual sobre gestión del riesgo climático y sobre los riesgos de mercado y de precios, así como sobre la percepción del riesgo por parte de los productores, que es un obstáculo importante para el desarrollo de la cobertura de estos riesgos.
