Dans cet article, j’examine la façon dont se recoupent l’éthique et l’institutionnel au Centre de formation biblique et ministérielle d’Anagkazo (Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Center), une école biblique évangéliste (pentecôtiste) charismatique fondée par Lighthouse Chapel International (LCI), de confession ghanéenne. Je reconstruis de façon ethnographique le processus d’apprentissage et d’incorporation de la vertu d’obéissance dans cette école, et montre comment la volonté souveraine de Dieu est défléchie par un appareil disciplinaire aux diverses inflexions organisationnelles, dont certaines relèvent très fortement du management. Les vertus chrétiennes universelles que recouvre l’obéissance, telles que l’« humilité », l’« excellence » et la « fidélité », sont cultivées par les étudiants dans le cadre d’un appareil disciplinaire qui confère au corps pastoral de LCI une identité d’entreprise distincte. Ces processus qui, simultanément, intensifient et normalisent la piété évangélique exigent que nous comprenions mieux la façon dont la formation du sujet éthique et ses allégeances institutionnelles peuvent être juxtaposées, tout en conservant un caractère ontologique distinctif pour les praticiens. Je mets en exergue certaines contributions que ce débat peut apporter à l’anthropologie de l’éthique et du christianisme.

Abstract
In this article, I examine the overlapping of the ethical and the institutional in Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Center, a Pentecostal-charismatic Bible school linked to the Ghanaian denomination Lighthouse Chapel International (LCI). I reconstruct ethnographically the process of learning and embodying the virtue of obedience at this school, and show how God’s sovereign will is refracted through a disciplinary apparatus with various organizational inflections, some of them highly managerial. Universal Christian virtues embedded in obedience, such as “humbleness”, “excellence”, and “loyalty”, are cultivated by students through a disciplinary apparatus that lends to LCI’s pastoral body a distinctive corporate identity. These processes of simultaneously intensifying and standardizing Pentecostal piety require a closer understanding of how ethical subject formation and institutional allegiances can be juxtaposed while still retaining their ontological distinctiveness for practitioners. I stress some contributions this debate may have to the anthropology of ethics and of Christianity.

En este artículo examino la manera en que superponen lo ético y lo institucional en el Centro de formación bíblica y ministerial d’Anagkazo (Anagkazo Bible and Ministry Training Center), una escuela bíblica evangelista (pentecostal) carismática que pertenece a la confesión ghanesa Lighthouse Chapel Internacional (LCI). Reconstruyo de manera etnográfica el proceso de aprendizaje y de incorporación de la virtud de la obediencia en esta escuela, y muestro cómo la voluntad soberana de Dios se redirige a través de un aparato disciplinario con diversas inflexiones organizacionales, algunas de las cuales provienen muy enfáticamente del management. Las virtudes cristianas universales que recubren la obediencia, como la «humildad», la «excelencia» y la «fidelidad», las cultivan los estudiantes en el cuadro de un aparato disciplinario que confiere al cuerpo pastoral de la LCI, una identidad corporativa distinta. Esos procesos que, simultáneamente, intensifican y normalizan la piedad evangélica, exigen que comprendamos más cabalmente la manera en que la formación del sujeto ético y sus lealtades institucionales pueden yuxtaponerse, pero conservando un carácter ontológico distintivo para quienes las practican. Destaco ciertas contribuciones que este debate puede aportar a la antropología de la ética y del cristianismo.
