To three pounds of fresh ripe tomatoes, add the juice, and finely cut peeling of two lemons; boil together with some sliced ginger for one hour, then add 4 lbs. of lump sugar, and boil for half an hour longer. This looks like a fine West India preserve.[1]

Biographical note
Rita Taylor’s career in photography began in 2001 after obtaining a degree from the University of Toronto in Art and Art History and a Diploma in Fine Art from Sheridan College. She then worked as a Staff Photographer at The Banff Centre, in Alberta. In 2010, driven by her training and experience in the photography industry, Rita opened her own photography studio in Woodstock, located just outside London, Ontario. www.ritataylor.com

Rita Taylor a obtenu son baccalauréat en histoire de l’art et arts plastiques à University of Toronto (2001), et un certificat en beaux-arts du Sheridan College. Ensuite, elle a travaillé comme photographe officiel au Banff Centre for the Arts.
