Presentation
Sociologie et sociétés is a learned thematic journal that reflects current thinking and research in the field of sociology in Quebec and elsewhere. Since its creation in 1969, the publication has described and analyzed the diverse social characteristics of life in Quebec and in other modern societies. Well-known within academia, the journal serves as a major meeting place for discussion among members of the interested intellectual community around the world.

The direction
The journal Sociology and Societies is directed by Stéphane Moulin, professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Montreal.
The editorial committee
Sociology and societies includes an editorial committee made up of 7 members. The editorial committee defines the composition of each issue and prepares the publication program.
