Résumé
Cet article présente une étude exploratoire qui évalue l’impact du programme Le Pacte pour l’emploi : Le Québec de toutes ses forces (2008). Ce programme vise l’insertion professionnelle des adultes avec un trouble autistique (TA) ou un syndrome d’Asperger (SA). Ce programme est implanté dans différentes régions du Québec. L’évaluation prend en considération les conditions d’emploi, les procédures d’insertion professionnelle et la réceptivité des éventuels employeurs. Les résultats montrent que les conditions d’emploi de ces personnes sont assez similaires. Toutefois, le type et le nombre de services offerts ainsi que la formation des agents d’information varient d’un centre d’emploi à l’autre.
Abstract
This article presents an exploratory study evaluating the impact of the program Employment Pact: Québec in Full Force (2008) aimed at the integration in the workforce of adults living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Asperger Syndrome (AS). This program is implemented in different regions in Québec. The evaluation takes into consideration working conditions, integration procedures, as well as receptivity of eventual employers. Results demonstrate that the working conditions for these individuals are relatively similar, however, the type and number of services offered, as well as the training of service agents vary from one centre to another.

Este artículo presenta un estudio exploratorio que evalúa el impacto del programa El pacto para el empleo: El Quebec con todas sus fuerzas (Le Pacte pour l’emploi: Le Québec de toutes ses forces) (2008). Este programa busca la inserción profesional de los adultos con un trastorno autístico (TA) o un síndrome de Asperger (SA). Este programa se implantó en las diferentes regiones de Quebec. La evaluación toma en consideración las condiciones de empleo, los procedimientos de inserción profesional y la receptividad de los eventuales empleadores. Los resultados muestran que las condiciones de empleo de estas personas son muy similares. Sin embargo, el tipo y cantidad de servicios ofrecidos, así como la formación de los agentes de información, varían de un centro de empleo a otro.
Resumo
Este artigo apresenta um estudo exploratório que avalia o impacto do programa Le Pacte pour l’emploi: Le Québec de toutes ses forces (Pacto para o emprego: O Québec de todas as suas forças, 2008). Este programa visa a inserção profissional dos adultos que sofrem de um transtorno autístico (TA) ou de uma síndrome de Asperger (SA). Este programa é implantado em diferentes regiões do Québec. A avaliação leva em consideração as condições de emprego, os procedimentos de inserção profissional e a receptividade dos eventuais empregadores. Os resultados demonstram que as condições de emprego destas pessoas são relativamente semelhantes. Entretanto, o tipo e o número de serviços prestados, assim como a formação dos agentes de informação variam de um centro de empregos a outro.
