Résumé
L’étude actuelle vise à répertorier les traitements psychologiques les plus souvent offerts aux personnes adultes atteintes de troubles des conduites alimentaires (TCA). Elle s’intéresse aussi aux interventions prometteuses et aux facteurs clés pouvant influencer la réponse au traitement. Une recension exploratoire a été réalisée à partir de cinq bases de données. Il ressort que la thérapie cognitive-comportementale est la plus documentée pour le traitement des TCA et qu’elle conduit à une rémission de la symptomatologie dans 50 % des cas. Des considérations cliniques sont proposées afin d’améliorer l’accessibilité et la qualité des services psychologiques offerts aux personnes atteintes de TCA.

Abstract
This study aims at listing psychological treatments which are the more frequently used with individuals with eating disorders (ED). It is also interested in promising interventions as well as in key factors affecting treatment response. A scoping review was realized based on five data bases. Results show that Cognitive behavioral therapy is the most documented treatment for eating disorders and it leads to symptoms remission in about 50 % of the cases. Clinical suggestions are put forward to increase accessibility to and quality of the psychological services offered to individuals dealing with EDs.
