Abstracts
Résumé
La présente étude vise à décrire comment des hommes ayant consulté un professionnel de la relation d’aide perçoivent leur utilisation de la résolution de problème, les changements en lien avec une situation stressante et les affects associés. Pour ce faire, une étude de cas multiples a été réalisée avec 13 hommes ayant consulté un professionnel de la relation d’aide. Les données ont été examinées selon la méthode d’analyse thématique. Les résultats présentés sont basés sur les témoignages des participants et discutés à la lumière des connaissances actuelles sur la résolution de problème.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe how men who have consulted with a helping relation professional perceive their use of problem solving and changes related to a stressful situation and their emotional impact. To do this, a multiple case study was conducted with 13 men who had consulted a professional helping relationship. The data were examined using the thematic analysis method. The results are based on the participants' stories and discussed in the light of current knowledge on problem solving.
