Antonio Ortiz Mena L. N. is a Senior Vice President at Albright Stonebridge Group and an Adjunct Professor at the Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University and at CIDE. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (University of California, San Diego, UCSD). He is the author of more than 50 articles and chapters on Mexican international relations, trade policy, North American integration, public opinion and foreign policy.

Jorge A. Schiavon is Professor of International Relations at the International Studies Department, at CIDE in Mexico City (1999—today). He has served as Chair of the International Studies Department (2007–2010) and Secretary General (Vice-Rector) of CIDE (2004–2007), as well as President of the Mexican International Studies Association (2011–2013). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and International Affairs (University of California, San Diego, UCSD). He is the author or editor of 25 academic books, and more than 150 articles and chapters on Mexican foreign policy and diplomacy, migration, North American integration, sub-State diplomacy (paradiplomacy), public opinion and foreign policy.
