Abstract
The Centres de réadaptation en déficience intellectuelle et en troubles envahissants du développement (CRDITED) were allowed to offer intensive behavioural intervention to children with pervasive developmental disorder (PDD). Concurrently, children with intellectual disability aren’t taking advantage of this service. This article describes the follow-up of four children with various diagnoses in regards to their response to a behavioural intervention. The results reveal that all children maintain their acquired skills and that some show improvements that are correlated to the rigor of the implemented interventions.
