La clinique de la violence sexuelle nous confronte au registre du primaire voire de l’originaire. Le corporel, la représentation et le mouvement y sont encore intriqués. Les recours à l’acte prennent racines dans les achoppements de ces fondements identitaires, qui émanent du corporel. Les groupes thérapeutiques permettent l’émergence d’éléments non verbaux, qui peuvent y être contenus et transformés dans le sens d’une décorporation et d’une mise en représentation. Il y est donc question d’articulation entre le registre primaire et secondaire ainsi qu’entre la voie de l’affectif et la voie de l’idéal.

The clinical symtoms of sexual violence faces us with the primary process field, or even with the primal process field. Bodily aspect, representation and movement remain entangled there. Therapeutic groups enable the non-verbal disclosure rising, which may be contained in and so to be decorporated and represented.
