Abstracts
Résumé
Cet article aborde le rôle méconnu de la justice perçue sur les comportements pro-environnementaux. Une étude empirique a été réalisée sur un échantillon de 223 employés de bureau travaillant dans une administration publique en Tunisie. En se basant sur les principes de l’échange social, les résultats révèlent que l’effet de la justice perçue est renforcé lorsque les employé(e)s perçoivent l’existence d’un climat de travail favorable à leur engagement pro-environnemental. En revanche, aucune interaction n’est reportée pour la justice perçue au niveau du supérieur.

Abstract
This article addresses the unrecognized role of perceived justice on pro-environmental behavior. An empirical study was carried out on a sample of 223 office workers working in a public administration in Tunisia. Based on social exchange tenets, results reveal that the effect of perceived justice is strengthened when employees perceive a positive effect of work climate on their pro-environmental commitment. In contrast, no interaction is reported for perceived justice at the supervisor level.

Resumen
Este artículo analiza el papel poco conocido de la justicia percibida sobre los comportamientos proambientales. Se realizó un estudio empírico sobre una muestra de 223 oficinistas de una administración pública de Túnez. Basándose en los principios del intercambio social, los resultados revelan que el efecto de la justicia percibida es reforzado cuando los empleados perciben la existencia de un clima laboral favorable en su compromiso proambiental. Por el contrario, no se observa ninguna interacción en la justicia percibida a nivel directivo.
