Résumé
La relation entre la capacité d’absorption et le capital intellectuel a été abordée en considérant le premier concept dans sa globalité et le second de manière partielle. Notre objectif dans cette recherche est de dépasser cette limite. Une méthodologie qualitative dans quatre entreprises, nous a permis de développer une compréhension fine des deux concepts et des interactions de leurs composantes constitutives. Une forte interdépendance existe entre les trois composantes du capital intellectuel même si l’une parmi elle domine selon les phases de la capacité d’absorption. Ainsi, trois modes de déploiement du capital intellectuel ont été mis en évidence.

Abstract
The relationship between absorptive capacity and intellectual capital has been approached by considering the first concept in his entirety and the second partially. Our goal in this research is to overcome this limit. A qualitative methodology in four companies allowed us to develop a detailed understanding of the two concepts and the interactions of their constituent components. There is a strong interdependence between the three components of intellectual capital although one of them dominates according to the phases of absorptive capacity. Thus, three modes of deployment of intellectual capital were highlighted.

Resumen
La relación entre capacidad de absorción y capital intelectual se ha abordado considerando el primer concepto como un todo y el segundo parcialmente. Nuestro objetivo en esta investigación es superar este límite. Una metodología cualitativa en cuatro empresas nos permitió desarrollar una comprensión detallada de los dos conceptos y las interacciones de sus componentes constituyentes. Existe una fuerte interdependencia entre los tres componentes del capital intelectual, aunque uno de ellos domina según las fases de la capacidad de absorción. Así, se han destacado tres modos de despliegue del capital intelectual.
