Résumé
Les réflexions sur le processus entrepreneurial (entrepreneuring) sont en permanente recherche de nouveaux concepts et s’alimentent notamment des conceptualisations de philosophes ayant questionné les processus de création, parmi lesquels Gilles Deleuze. L’objectif de cet article est d’introduire le concept deleuzien de rhizome pour éclairer d’un jour nouveau certaines problématiques entrepreneuriales soulevées par l’approche par processus, parmi lesquelles celles d’identité entrepreneuriale, d’opportunité et de ressources entrepreneuriales.

Abstract
Researches on entrepreneurial process (entrepreneuring) are always looking for new concepts and are particularly inspired by philosophers questioning the creation process, among which Gilles Deleuze. The goal of this article is to introduce the Deleuzian concept of rhizome to offer new perspective on entrepreneurial issues raised by process approaches, such as entrepreneurial identity, opportunity and entrepreneurial resources.

Resumen
La reflexión acerca del proceso empresarial busca continuamente nuevos conceptos y promueve, especialmente, reflexiones de filósofos que han cuestionado los procesos de creación, como es el caso de Gilles Deleuze. Este artículo se propone plantear el concepto de rizoma de Deleuze para informar/aclarar de una manera distinta algunas problemáticas empresariales planteadas por el enfoque por procesos, dentro de "identidad empresarial, oportunidad y recursos empresariales.
