Résumé
En combinant la Knowledge-Based View of Clusters et l’approche basée sur les capacités dynamiques, notre objectif est d’identifier la manière dont la structure de gouvernance d’un cluster peut accroître les capacités dynamiques d’absorption des entreprises membres. Une étude qualitative longitudinale auprès des membres de la gouvernance d’un pôle de compétitivité français à dominante PME montre le rôle clé de l’implication à la fois directe de la structure de gouvernance dans les actions individuelles et collectives, et indirecte en tant qu’intermédiaire entre les entreprises et les expertises utiles. Ce modèle original de management « intermédié » des connaissances présente d’importantes implications managériales.

Abstract
Combining the Knowledge-Based View of Clusters and the dynamic capabilities approach, our goal is to identify how the governance structure of a cluster can increase the dynamic absorptive capacity of member companies. A longitudinal qualitative study of members of the governance of a French SME cluster shows the key role of both direct involvement of the governance structure in individual and collective actions, and indirect as an intermediary between firms and relevant expertise. This original ‘intermediated’ management model of knowledge has important managerial implications.

Resumen
Al unir la teoría de la firma basada en el conocimiento (KBV) de los clúster con el enfoque de las capacidades dinámicas, nuestro objetivó es de identificar la manera en la cual las estructuras de la gobernanza de los clústers pueden mejorar las capacidades dinámicas de absorción de las empresas que pertenecen a este clúster. Un estudio cualitativo longitudinal con miembros de la gobernanza del polo de competitividad francés, con un predominio de PYMES, muestra el papel importante de la implicación directa de la estructura de la gobernanza en acciones individuales y colectivas y a la vez indirecta como intermedio entre las empresas y los peritaje útiles. Este modelo de gestión « intermediado » de los conocimientos ofrece importantes implicaciones de gestión.
