Résumé
L’article se propose de répondre à un double objectif : (1) établir un état des lieux du profil général des employés du service de réception, de leurs compétences et de leurs plans de carrière, et (2) permettre aux praticiens, nationaux et internationaux, d’appréhender le marché de travail hôtelier vietnamien. Cette recherche permet de mettre en avant dans un premier temps les compétences clés pour le poste de réceptionniste hôtelier et de formuler dans un second temps les recommandations stratégiques en matière de formation et gestion des ressources humaines dans l’industrie hôtelière au Vietnam.

Abstract
The article seeks to answer the following two objectives : (1) establish an inventory of the general profile of reception service employees, their skills and career plans, and (2) allow national and international practitioners to understand the Vietnamese hotel labor market. This research will first highlight the key skills for the position of hotel receptionist and then make strategic recommendations for training and human resource management in the hospitality industry in Vietnam.

Resumen
El artículo sugiere que la respuesta es doble : (1) establecer un inventario del perfil general del personal de recepción, sus competencias y sus planes de carrera, y (2) permitir a los profesionales, nacionales e internacionales, para entender el trabajo el sector de hostelería vietnamita. Esta búsqueda resaltará en primer lugar las competencias clave correspondientes al cargo de recepcionista de hotel y hacer una segunda vez recomendaciones estratégicas para la formación y gestión de los recursos humanos en el sector de la hostelería en Vietnam.
