Biographical note
Jaime Malic holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy from OISE in the Universityof Toronto; her qualitative dissertation research focused on leadership values and practicesin independent schools. She is an experienced educator with a passion for research andteaching, both of which she is fortunate to pursue at St. Clement’s School in Toronto, whereshe teaches the courses of the Advanced Placement Capstone Program and leads alongitudinal qualitative research study for the school about the perceived preparedness ofits recent graduates.
