Les thèses du déclin et de la relance de Montréal sont traversées par deux métarécits complémentaires et concomitants: le récit urbain moderne et les approches post-modernistes. Le but de cet essai est de comprendre comment ces deux métarécits s'appliquent aux projets d'aménagement urbain.

Abstract

This essay deals with two proposals, the modern urban narrative and postmodernist approaches in order to understand the theses concerning the decline and revitalization of Montréal. These narratives are interpreted as being complementary and concomitant, for a better understanding of how they apply to the urban planning projects.
